November marks the wine celebration season in Cyprus. The Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) and Cyprus Wineries Union coordinate winery route excursions throughout the month, inviting visitors to mountainous regions to meet wine producers, taste freshly vinified wines, and attend seminars. A tasting event scheduled for November 15th at Trakasol Cultural Center in Limassol will feature 25 Cypriot wineries. Attendees can sample various wine varieties and observe demonstrations of zivania distillation and palouze production methods. The event offers complimentary wine and palouze tastings.
